I also agree that if approved, I must coordinate with Ariadna Fernandez (AriadnaF@nyac.org) for catering and bartending, as well as the use of any adjacent spaces such as the Colonial Room. AL Post 754 WILL NOT coordinate catering and bartending for private events. For Intraclubs: I agree that there is a $400 fee associated with renting this room for my intraclub organization. I also agree that I will coordinate all catering and bartending requests with Ariadna Fernandez and that AL Post 754 will not be responsible for planning this event.
